Who we are
“Delicious” is a trading name of Mix & Twist SL (“we”, “us”), CC Apolo, Calle Hermano Pedro de Bethencourt, Los Cristianos, 38650, Tenerife. We run the Delicious loyalty club (“El Club”) and are the data controller for the information you give us when you join.
What we collect
- Your name and email, when you sign up.
- Your stamps and reward history within the club.
That's it. No payment details, no tracking of you around the web.
Why, and our legal basis
- To run your loyalty card — store your stamps, show your progress, and send you the link to your card. Basis: performance of the service you asked for (and our legitimate interest in running the club).
- To email you offers & news — only if you tick the optional box. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who else sees it
Your data is stored securely on Cloudflare (our hosting and database). If you add the card to your phone's wallet, WalletWallet generates the pass. If we email you, Resend delivers it. These act only as our processors — we never sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or after 24 months with no visits — whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw marketing consent, at any time. Contact us via our Facebook page (a dedicated email, privacy@deli-cious.cc, is coming with our new website). You may also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD.
Changes
If we update this notice, the latest version will always live on this page.

Quiénes somos
«Delicious» es un nombre comercial de Mix & Twist SL («nosotros»), CC Apolo, Calle Hermano Pedro de Bethencourt, Los Cristianos, 38650, Tenerife. Gestionamos el club de fidelidad de Delicious («El Club») y somos responsables del tratamiento de los datos que nos facilitas al unirte.
Qué recogemos
- Tu nombre y correo electrónico, al registrarte.
- Tus sellos e historial de recompensas dentro del club.
Nada más. Ni datos de pago, ni seguimiento por la web.
Por qué, y base legal
- Para gestionar tu tarjeta de fidelidad — guardar tus sellos, mostrar tu progreso y enviarte el enlace a tu tarjeta. Base: prestación del servicio que solicitaste (e interés legítimo en gestionar el club).
- Para enviarte ofertas y novedades — solo si marcas la casilla opcional. Base: tu consentimiento, que puedes retirar cuando quieras.
Quién más los ve
Tus datos se guardan de forma segura en Cloudflare (alojamiento y base de datos). Si añades la tarjeta al monedero de tu móvil, WalletWallet genera el pase. Si te enviamos correos, Resend los entrega. Actúan solo como encargados del tratamiento — nunca vendemos tus datos ni los usamos para publicidad.
Cuánto tiempo los conservamos
Hasta que nos pidas borrarlos, o tras 24 meses sin visitas — lo que ocurra primero.
Tus derechos
Puedes pedirnos acceder, corregir o borrar tus datos, o retirar el consentimiento de marketing, en cualquier momento. Contáctanos por nuestra página de Facebook (pronto tendremos un correo dedicado, privacy@deli-cious.cc). También puedes reclamar ante la AEPD.
